Director for Mental Health and Wellbeing
By day Russel is the Mental Health Nurse Lead for the Homeless and Rough Sleepers Initiative in Luton. He has over 20 years experience as a Mental Health Professional working with vulnerable people in a range of settings.
Vision and listening are values that drive him in his work, faith and role with the Values Project.
Steve Potts
Director and Values Project Coordinator
By day Steve provides children with social, emotional and educational support during their primary education for Luton Borough Council. He has over 10 years experience of working with children who demonstrate a range of challenging behaviours.

Jennifer Tap
Director
By day Jennifer works for the National Probation Service . She previously worked as the Director and Operational Manager at Stepping Stones, a local charity supporting women and families who have been subjected to Domestic abuse. She continues to support Stepping Stones on a part time basis as a programme facilitator and is passionate about facilitating positive changes in peoples lives.

Denise March-Palmer
Secretary
By day Denise is the office manager for a local domestic abuse charity in Luton, Stepping Stones. She has over 30 years experience in the banking and marketing sector and 10 years in the non profit sector. Denise is passionate about helping vulnerable women and their children by providing skills and resources to make positive life choices.
